For more than four decades, Jifram Extrusions has been helping customers bring products to life through innovative plastic extrusion solutions. Founded in 1981 in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin, Jifram was built on a commitment to quality, service, and continuous improvement—values that continue to guide us today.
The name Jifram comes from the company’s three original partners: Jim, Frank, and Merlin. What began in a modest 3,000-square-foot facility has grown into a 50,000-square-foot manufacturing operation serving customers throughout the United States, Canada, and beyond.

Made in the USA with In-House Capabilities
All Jifram products are manufactured at our facility in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. Our operation includes 19 extruders, 12 extrusion lines, in-house tooling capabilities, and engineering support from concept through production.
By keeping the entire plastic extrusion process under one roof, we maintain greater control over quality, lead times, and consistency while providing the flexibility our customers expect.
We also maintain an extensive library of in-house tooling, including many no-cost tooling options that can help customers reduce development costs and accelerate production timelines.
