Custom Tube Extrusions

Jifram will engineer and produce a variety of plastic tube extrusions from many raw material options. We will also assist you in your selection and planning process to ensure that your plastic tubes serve your needs precisely.

These extrusions are manufactured as closed configuration extrusions. We produce them with a variety of materials. The raw material determines the flexibility or rigidity of the profiles.
Sizes range from a fraction of an inch in diameter to as large as 4” round.

Tubes can be produced in unlimited color options and are not limited to simple round shapes. Choose square plastic tubing, plastic rod, colored pvc pipe, or any variation that suits your needs.  In addition, a wide variety of secondary operations are available.
